By experimenting with different tools and techniques, you’ll be guided in forming your own sustainable, personal meditation program - one that feels natural, inspired and in sync with your daily life.
Whether you are new to meditation, or already have a regular practice, this program offers gentle structure, support, and creative insight to help you stay engaged and grounded. The goal is not perfection, but presence - through a practice that feels alive, adaptable, and authentically yours.

Your guide on the path
I’m Marlowe Emerson—artist and educator working at the intersection of art, nature, and contemplative practice. With a foundation in visual arts and training in meditation and mind-body disciplines, my work explores how attention, perception, and creative practice shape our experience of the world.
I founded The Art Path as a way to engage these practices in an integrated way, drawing on both inner awareness and the intelligence of the natural world. Through meditation, movement, and creative exploration, I share methods that support our overall health and wellbeing, awaken a sense of wonder, and help create a more joyful and meaningful experience of everyday life. I’m honored to walk this path with you—and excited for the discoveries we’ll make along the way!
